yeah, there's no way i would have gotten the results i have with my first grow with hydro, it take a lot of your time and care and patience...

but to answer lucas03's question, i used soil for african violets on my first grow, still using it actually...it was like a dollar for a bag of it, so cheap, but it works, keep it loose, repot at least twice during the plant's life because that soil will compress and deprive the roots pretty easily, keep the soil loose in other words

you could get some miracle gro if they're flowering now, there are nutrients in that soil, but i used miracle gro along with it with good results, just feed it pure water the last week or two before you harvest to get all the plant food taste out...my first shit was DAAAAANK mo'fuckas!

I have got a 200watt flower envirolite and a 125 watt veg envirolite with reflector, 3 pc fans, 1 digital timer, small plant pots and quite big plant pots, a thermometer, ph test kit, a water bottle sprayer and put the walls in silver kitchen foil. Now i was wondering what else i would need to grow in some Rockwool Cubes i am going to order canna aqua a&b fertilizers 4 the grow and bloom stage.
