black spot, shadow
The problem with HID lighting is not in keeping it too far away, but keeping it too close. (don't unnecessarily fry 'em)
Would look for a growth formula nutrient. The one you mentioned is for flowering, and I don't have a clue as to how quickly YOUR worm castings sheds it's nitrogen.
Use care when using any product you're unfimiliar with. I copied and pasted the instructions from the website it was sold from. Which emphases the point...ALWAYS start with (at max) half doses, and go up if/when the results are positive. Damage from excessive nutrients can be a problem.
I agree with the transplant and no more worm castings. Perhaps go down to 1/8 part early in veg, instead of the 1/4. When I used to add extra, I went with 1 closed handful per gallon. (about two or three tablespoons per gallon of potting soil) But I'm of the opinion that if it is added too late in the process, it hampers the flowering process, and can make a muddy mess of your soil. Some potting soils already have castings and such, but in much smaller ammounts, so less of an issue.
Keep us informed...
