Liscensed Grower Still Seeking a Space

Am still looking for either a commerical space (arent we all???) or real estate agent who specializes in this type of property. I am liscensed and professional. Everything has been a scramble and need to relocate to bigger pastures. Open to various areas along the front range.
Any help or resources would be apprieciated.

Also seeking someone who knows the zoning rules and can assess a particular property I own and if it is ok for oudoor greenhouse type of grow?
It is apprx 1 acre outside of Ward (Boulder County) I know it is zoned for residential homess, but also alows horses? Not sure if it would be a problem for mmj or could even get rezoned if needed? It is very rural, but there are homes in the area? Can give more specifics if needed.

Any insight on either of these two questions is appreciated...

    Thank you!!!

I'm pretty sure July 1st was the deadline to have obtained a commercial space. You had to be compliant at the local level as of July 1st with HB 1284.

There now is a one year moratorium on any MMJ related biz in the state.

No. I was going to post this earlier, but I thought I would let someone else deflate this guy for a change.

You need a "plant husbandry permit" in Denver county for a commercial grow op...pretty sure you needed this by July 1st.

I have not seen anything that licenses growers in 1284. An optional premise grow must be licensed under the licensee aka owner of the dispensory. So if you don't have an owner of a dispensory that is willing to pay for a license for you--as an optional grow site--then you're out of the loop. Regardless--if you did find an owner of a dispensory willing to list you has an optional grow--nothing can be done until July 11, 2011.

    Moratorium is now in effect.

I got an infused products license in denver under an llc. Now I wish I had gone for a grow license. Is it really too late? Are there any options at all?

I know of a great grow space for rent - will be built out by the building owner. But I didn't get a grow license. Trying to figure out how to make it happen.

IM me if you are interested in renting grow space - must have license of course. Building owner will build to your specifications. (Almost) any size space you need.
