yes.... the smaller your plant is the less bud that you will get in the end. On the other hand... if you force flower it now then it will be done much sooner.
GetThisOrDie Reviewed by GetThisOrDie on . yes or no ? i have a plant that is about 2 or 3 feet tall. if i force flower now will i lose budd. im growing outside right now and usualy let them go till end of august septemeber when theres not at as much light. so there usualy like 5 feet when i harvest and get at least 2 oz's off each one.
