is this place a good place or scam

if this post isnt allowed sorry. but the name of the place is epione medical centers. in cali i found the add on craigslist.so thats why im questioning it,and they only charging 35 bucks for a summer special..? is this place legit.

any other places i can go to that are reasonably priced and not a scam thanks
