This morning I released a video to the public. The video features many of the concepts I have been working with and it features a "Jungle Grow" using "Suckit Buckets". This project took me longer than expected because of some technical issues with "Flash"; these issues prevented me from a timely release.

I will be around for the next few days to respond to inquiries.

I just did and very imformative. Nice clean job only problem with video is either script fades out to quickly or scrolls by to fast, not a speed reader :thumbsup: but other than that you do a great job when it comes to technical explanations and history. Once again nice job.

hey thanks man. means a lot. flash is a pain in the ass and it kept glitchin on me, then I had to shorten it to 10 mins for youtube. I'm gonna be cautious using flash because I am obsessive compulsive and I will put my life on pause just to make a video. anyway its tough to read but just pause it if you have to I most likely will not patch it. thanks again mate.

I had to stop watching. I like you bro, otherwise I wouldn't even bother to respond. I read a lot of your stuff so I know you got something to say, I just didn't much care for this video. My critic:

1. script way to fast for just about everything on screen but definitly the longer stuff. I would consider removing anything text longer then 2 sentences for sure. This is a survey video correct? The point would be to "introduce" the subject to the knowledge "not" teach them everything there is to know about the subject.

2. the music is annoying. I have suspected for a long time you a hippie type and that music proves it! Ditch it.

3. video is too long, without scope, and needs to be condensed refined.

I will take that as constructive criticism.

I actually have not had any instruction on how to use flash, dreamweaver, photoshop, or any other program. I had to figure it out on my own and I don't really consider myself to be a movie maker by any means, I consider myself more of an artist.

I did think it was important to document my progress because it can help a lot of people in the community with effective techniques. I did my best on the video, but there were a lot of issues like I said. The last couple of weeks I have not made any progress but just tearing my hair out trying to fix the bugs because my movie ended up too big and had glitches.

I had to shorten it dramatically spoiling a lot of the scenes, but its the information that is important; you can pause video read text etc... I am not spending any more time on that video because it has affected me in a negative way. My buddy is a professional flash scripter and he still can't figure out how I created some of my animations; it was a lot of time and patience and tinkering. I was very dissapointed at my rushed/finished product because the original was much slower, easier to read, and balanced.

The music is very out there. I am a professional musician, playing many genres but mainly jazz, latin, funk, and rock. That is the genius of "Joe Zawinul", impressario of the keyboard and one of my musical mentors. It is definetly over the top and thats pretty much how I roll.

I attached a couple of pictures and a video in vegas I did.
