Alternating Light Sequences to Cut Heat and Electricity
Obviously with less lights on, the yield will be less than with them all on.
You can always take a few 1ks out and replace them with 600w bulbs. Also you can look into light movers/rails to use less lamps but cover more area. That will be more efficient than turning lights on and off every 2 hours because of the initial start up usage.
Can also trade in some 1ks for some good LED panels. That will put a huge dent in the heat/power issue.

by the way you can use cool tubes in a sealed room. You can just run the ducting to outside of the seal and draw air/exhaust into a different area.
