GeoPot Fabric Self Supporting Potting Bag Opinions/Experiences
I was at the shop today picking up supplies and noted this cool grow bag that is made of heavy felt like fabric that is washable, reusable, has a handle for carrying, and lets the roots breathe and stay cooler?
Take a look here if you like.

I love them, swear by them and that is all I use. They are amazing. The roots self prune in them (never have had a root bounding issue), the roots get all the o2 they need, they are re-usuable, easy to store and I have had excellent results more consistently using them. I transplant my clones directly into #1 smart pots, veg them for a few weeks in there under t-5 then transplant into #7 smart pots and veg under hps for another 2 weeks. During this period I use a lot of rhizotonic, it explodes your roots in these smart pots. Good product
I have however used two different products...I started with smart pots (brand name) and this last go I went to a cheaper version. So far I think the quality is better and I like the way the smart pots sit better, but I would have no problem with either.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm going to order 10 of the 25 gallon units. I'll probably not be able to move it though.Voting GOP this year is like giving the keys back to the drunk driver that wrecked the economy when they show no remorse for their actions and haven\'t even sobered up yet.

defiantly not going to be able to move. I just start mine small and transplant due to space limitations. I know a guy that does the #100 pots out doors. These things are crazy huge.

A friend of mine told me about smart pots just a couple months ago. He swears by them (and has many years of experience.) When I grow indoor, think I'll try and get some of them, too.
peace :hippy:

I second that water dog...Its crazy how big and fast these can grow...How long does it take you to fill out those 100's? I can take a clone and blow out a #7 in about 4-5 days

There is a company in Petaluma California, Making a fabric pot. He uses marine grade thread and the quality surpasses any of the other pots on the market. There called geopot and the company is geoplanter. They make some that have a PVC frame. Check them out at geopot.com

That is the same place. I saw one assembled with tomatoes in it at the shop on a pallet with a forklift. Seriously cool setup.
