Looking to partner with dispensary
Greetings,
My wife and I live in Colorado and have been growing to open up a dispensary and have the funds to work with as well, but now the laws have all changed and the moratorium has been put in place. We have only lived in Colorado for a little over a year which is why we couldn't apply for the dispensary in the first place. I was wondering if any legit dispensary owners were looking for legit non felon business partners who can grow and have the capital as well to help their business expand. We are both versed in business models and advertisement as well. We will be discussing our options with an attorney next week when she is back in town. We are looking for serious inquires only as we are very serious about it. If you are interested you can leave me a P.M. Please feel free to look at our currant grow to attest to what we can grow, the are at the end of four weeks veg, ebb&grow no nut burn or deficiencies. Ill keep them updated if I find any interest from others. Be good...

there is no moratorium if the local jurisdiction has established their local licensing authority.

Well my wife and I will continue to grow for ourselves, if we have to wait out the moratorium then so be it and if something comes along before that great, but either way...our plants make me smile every day

Alemic----> I am saying that if you go to a town like Boulder, who has established the protocol (licensing authority) to issue a mmj business license you can open your new business there today, or as soon as a jurisdiction does establish that licensing authority. You can also purchase established businesses during this period.
