Yellow Spores / Fungus
Additionally, you may want to remove the seed/plant alltogether, scrub your potting with hydrogen peroxide, if it is a seed rinse with 1 tsp of cider vinegar mixed with 1 cup of water, and re-plant in sterilized soil. I suggest using good quality soil like FFOF. Once it is replanted make sure you have a fan in there circulating air (since mold and fungus as well as garden insects hate airflow it is all around beneficial to have a fan in there to prevent this from happening again.) And remember not to water too often, mold loves constant moisture, so be sure and let the soil get dry about 2 inches down, plants also like to not be saturated in water at all times (they need the aeration).
