    WA State Card Renew

Local leo are very good at targeting people who they think got away with something. Have seen it numerous times in my own county. Again its people in these positions that have all the power and civilians have the responsibility of proving themselves innocent. Its gotten all turned around in the last few decades.

This wasn't locals though. They get tired of me taking them to court. They past the buck off to a different county which is 2.5 hrs from me. Not like I can run down to the court house and file shit every day on them.

Most leo don't dig it when you file misdemeanor criminal charges against them in court under crRLJ 2.1 (c) citizens criminal complaint. Neither does the prosecutors office when they have to show to "defend" and if "risk management" lawyers need hiring cause the co. or city ain't got a lawyer...this cost them 10k for the lawyer to show up in court.

This can be more a pain in the ass for them than you...after all...we have a "right" to grieve our government. and this is an ave. to do so.

So says our wa. st. supreme court, as it is their rules they made for court process given to we the people.

Its one way to clog the system up and is certainly a viable way to keep dirty cops off the street and in courtrooms trying to defend themselves. I'm all for it and think everyone that ever gets a ticket for anything shouuld file to have there day in court. Just clog the system up and crash it.

This is a "PROBABLE CAUSE" hearing by the way...lol. so, yes..it would clog some shit up for sure...judges would be wondering wtf??..cause the prosecutor/lawyer shows up and says these exact words.."we do not prosecute these types of crimes"....this leads to question then why would they file on anyone else then??? since the type of crime put to question is amenable to all in society...cop or not...no defense is available to any government employee for violating criminal laws....

    Get the picture??

I think we both know why these types of cases are filed. Prosecutors are elected officials and are always trying to further there career. Makes no difference whether its ethical or not, they just want the brownie points.
