cloning an outdoor plant to bring indoor
You should take the clones soon, the light will start shortening and within 2 weeks from now you should see flowers.
Myself, I would not bother spraying with anything, but I don't know everything. I would check for spider mites first, possibly spray the mother with neem. But a sterile environment that is currently empty should be good, just don't use outdoor soil.
