    its pure happiness in pill form =) , drink some rum(and maybe smoke some weed) while ur on it and u'll be floating on cloud 9 in no time.

    disclaimer: Dont drink rum while ur on it, its dangerous because if u drink too much while on opiates u could stop breathing or something like that.

    morphine is alot better,,, i get 100 mg's free,, i get 1 pill a day, from this lady i know who's prescribed to it

    its just a oxycodeon opide thats 5mg oxy and 325 mg acetrimorphan and its a very nice high but be safe with it I sure wasnt haha
