30 Days to get clean...

At the end of July I am going down to Navy MEPS in Jacksonville to enlist. This is where they give everyone a urine test. So starting today i've stopped smoking, went and bought a lot of protein shakes to get me back into working out which i plan to do along with run until I go down to get tested. If it helps, the Military screening cutoff for THC is 50 NG/mL and the confirmation level is 15 NG/mL.

Since getting clean has highly varying factors, i will say a little about myself. Graduated high school at the beginning of May, have smoked just about everyday (2-3 times a day usually) since i've been out of school and ending now. About half of what i smoked was really dank, and i smoke just about everything out of a gravity bong (I find that you can get bigger, better hits with less weed). I am 5'8", 175 lbs, which according to my BMI makes me overweight but it's all upper body muscle from excessive benching and curling. My body fat (Yes, i took the time to get that measured by an expert) is 16%.

I bought this 7 day clean kit today (Purified Brands- Completely Clean) don't know if anyones used it, going to start that tomorrow with working out, drinking water and sweating my ass off.

I know it seems like I have a lot of time until I have the test, but because I have smoked so much over the past 2 months I am scared out of my %$#@%# mind. So you could say i'm looking for some advice, assuring words and most importantly, "CAN IT BE DONE???". Thanks in advance!!!

I would save your money and take the 7 day clean kit back. It will do nothing to help you rid your body of THCA. Exercise, time and a high fiber diet are the only three things that will help you to shed THCA metabolites. I would start and continue your exercise daily, along with a recommended dosage of fiber(Metamucil works great). You can also pick up some cheap test strips online(I found 10 for 8$ on amazon) and test yourself periodically for the next thirty days.

Also, very little THCA is excreted via sweating and drinking tons of fluids for days leading to test time will not flush you out. Just stay well hydrated as your workout and you'll be fine.

I'm willing to trust you on this one, my dad takes phyllium so I have a ready supply, as a matter of fact I immediately took your advice a few hours ago and about 5 minutes ago I had a date with the porcelain throne. But for the love of God im still freaking out man. I just wish somebody could tell me they've done this and it worked because im having a very hard time sleeping!

You don't have to overdo it on the fiber, just take the recommended dosage. Exercise is what burns fat and THCA is stored in fat cells, that is why exercise works the best. Soluble fiber will help you to excrete THCA through your colon. It's not going to clean you out immediately, but it will help. Sweating excretes very little THCA if any and drinking tons of water will also not help you to flush your system. Just maintain a good exercise regiment(cardio is best), along with the fiber and you'll be clean in no time.
