need advice
Hi hows it going
im looking for some advice for my father
***granted this is all hypothetical scenario***
to give you the run down hes 60 years old had 2 steal rods in his back connecting 3 vertebrae... as well as chronic arthritis in his shoulders
he is not currently on any pain meds but suffers from a good bit a pain daily
he has smoked before and says it helps greatly with the pain and helps him sleep better at night
i talked it over with him and he felt that its something he would like to look into
i did some research and he is not sure how to approach it, after talking it over a bit the plan was to print out all the forms and fill it out and go to his primary doctor that he has been with for a few years... tell him how he feels about marijuana and see if he would be willing to sign off on it
but hes worried this may affect him negatively and doesn't want this affecting his job in any way... because if he were to lose his job because of this he would be in harder place than he is now.... not to say he couldn't handle himself under the influence, he just wants to make sure he goes about this the most legit way possible
so help me out here what would you guys suggest he do... should he go to a different doctor or should he just try the one he has?
