5th week flowering with mites

I have mites at 5th week flowering.First time for me.Im useing neem oil and Pyrethrins.How far up untill harvest (another 3 to 5 weeks)can I use these?
Will it or the bugs effect the end product?And can I hang a couple of bug strips to help?And will this effect the plant?
