Yellowing leaves and brownish-yellowish necrotic spots.

What is your experience level? novice
Your Equipment:
1.) Type and wattage of lights? Outdoor grow
2.) Distance from tops? Outdoor grow
3.) Reflector type? Outdoor grow
4.) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? yes
5.) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? Outdoor grow
Your medium:
6.) Specific brand and type of soil? BioBizz All-Mix (Consists of 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high quality organic Worm-Humus , 30% perlite and 5% Pre-Mix.)
7.) Size of container. 3 gallon pots and the smallest one is about 6 gallons.
Your nutrients and water:
8.) Source of water: Mixed (Bottled Water and tap watered set out for 24 hours to evaporate the chlorine.
9.) Method of checking water ph? Haven't checked since everything I've used is Ph-balanced.
10) Method of adjusting water ph. ph up and down from hydro store
11) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. BioBizz BioGrow (vegetative stage fertilizer)
12) Any additives or tea's? Neem oil and ph-neutral hand soap for pests (very little)
13) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? Stable
14) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? Bottled water.
15) Do you foliar feed? Yes.
Your growroom:
16) Indoors or outdoors? Outdoors
17) What size of closet, room or hut? Big balcony
18) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? N/A, however, outside has been about 86 F
19) Noticed any insects in the growroom? Yes, white slender flies and little slender bugs.
Your strain:
20) What strain are you growing? Strawberry Blue and the smallest one is TXOMANGO
21) From seeds or clones? Seeds
My two biggest ones are plants are about a month and a half old. The smallest one is also a month and a half old, however, that is my roommates and I'm not sure why it's so small compared to mine. Those yellowing leaves and necrotic spots and little white spots on my plant concern me. And also, why is the smallest one so small?

Yellowing leaves and brownish-yellowish necrotic spots.
i have a few fan leaves with the same spotting on them, but not nearly as severe as yours. what ever came of your problem? anyone else have any ideas?
