The difference, he had long hair, beard came in in a t-shirt and jeans, I was in a dress shirt with tie slacks and dress shoes, and a clean cut.

He got frisked, I wasn't even asked to empty my pockets. If you look like a stoner you will be treated like a STONER.
If this was an employment-related test, the techs are not allowed to frisk or otherwise touch the donor in any way. This constitues groping and is against the law! They can only have the donor remove jackets, hats, and emptying of the pockets. Know your rights and dont be afraid to assert them!

Now if this was a probation drug test, thats an entirely different ball game, as the person placed on probation relinquishes virtually all the rights normally enjoyed by a person taking an employment-related test.
