I'm a little concerned (selling overage)
I had some overage when my phone rang it was a local dispensary that was wondering if I had any product. I said sure and packed it up and headed down there when I got there they siad they were happy to put my product on consingment is this normal? I have not ever sold to these guys before so I reluctantly consented he gave me a receipt and said it would most likely be gone in a week he would call when it was gone so he could settle up with me. I was curious so I sent a person by 4 days later to see if any was left they said it was all sold out and they were expecting more. so I gave him a call thinking he would want to settle up and maybe get some more product. he said he had x amount of grams left which seemed odd that he knew exactly how much in grams he had left he told me to call back in a week I really dont want to drag anyone through the mud but that is not a very good way to do business and I have to admit I am concerned about getting my money

If it's been 2 weeks I would take the receipt to them and ask them kindly to pay up or inquire about how much of your meds are left. What's the harm in that? I think you will have better luck then calling them about it.
As far as consignment, I saw an ad on another forum from a Colorado dispensary looking for meds on consignment. I didn't look into it any further.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out for you.

no dispensary is reputable if they ask for consignment. A real dispensary goes through 100 pounds per month. If they havent gotten rid of your consigned product after two weeks...then maybe they arent as big as you thought!

You never dealt with them before and they called asking if you had any product? Since they gave you a receipt you can always take them to small claims court.

remember that old saying - it's better to have weed in times of no money, than it is to have money in times of no nuts
