What's the Deal
Ok, how come I cannot access the thread I started concerning advertising here by Washington state organizations who are businesses? As businesses do they rate the free advertising they are getting here? Some feathers get ruffled??? :wtf:

What's the Deal
Your thread was deleted because I didn't feel like cleaning up 25 or better posts of bullshit. This lil' piss fest apparently was spilled over into cancom from another site and we don't need it. If you wish to start a new one I'll make SURE to keep it cleaned up but it WILL NOT turn into a slam fest of nothing but rumors and accusations.
Like the saying goes..."what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas"; that also applies to what happens on other forums and I'd hope that they'd show us the same respect.
Have a good one!

IF the attorney Attorney Michael H. Cohen and his firm wish to buy advertising space here then fine. After reading the ENTIRE post he seems to be more of an ambulance chaser than anything else.
ONCE AGAIN; this site allows the advertising of co-ops/providers NOT legal firms or anything else. By reports from several other members it seems that this is being carried over from other forums and it's not happening here either.
Have a good one!

What's the Deal
Fine with me. Then if the advertising organizations that post their services here should be allowed to be criticized if they don't back up their patients in court. As any patient in Washington outside of King County is well aware, the law here is ambiguous and some groups have failed to support those they authorized in court or because of the failure to pay a yearly fee not required by the law. And, the law has different interpretations, in different jurisdictions in the state.
So, the issue isn't resolved, we will await the courts decision that is up for answer and hope that I-1068 makes the ballot and ends all this bullshit and intrafighting over fucking doc in the boxes, dispensaries and other possible profiteers who also aren't quite following the letter of the law.
Until then, it ain't over till the fat lady sings, and all patients are in jeopardy of running the gauntlet. :twocents:

What's the Deal
Yep and thats the fact of the state of MMJ laws in Washington. Because its still not legal here we will be forced to jump through legal hoops to prove we're innocent of breaking any laws. And the sad fact is that intiative 1068 won't change that. It will be better temporarily till after 2 years and then the legislature will go back and buture any intiative we pass. As we've seen on numerous occasions, the legislature has no respect for the will of the people.
A start is to vote out all encumbents that don't repect the will of the people to decide there own fate.
