I would rest easy, most swab tests only go back 24-36 hours. You did well brushing your teeth, gums, mouth, and cheeks thoroughly.

Smoking Cigarettes will have no affect on the test.

I wouldn't say that I'm a heavy smoker, I probably smoke two days out of the week if that but I had a job interview at kroger and I knew they would give me an oral swab drug test, so I had a few hits of weed Monday then stopped smoking tues.weds.thurs.and had the test friday morning the day of the interview.
