Can someone calm me down please? I know I've read things on websites but I only want to hear from people's PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, not just what you've heard unless you know it is an absolute fact!

I'm so paranoid!!!
AND I smoke cigarettes..Don't know if that helps or not :/
