Incandescent is bare w/ metal reflector

In a huge closet with half the door shut with an open widow next to it with a window fan running

Was 20/4 with both lights just switched to 18/6

So on 3 of the 8 plants the leaves seem to be curling and buckling almost like they are drying out but i KNOW they are NOT dehydrated...hydro plants in same grow room are thriving as well as the rest of the soil plants

These are planted in soil, correct? The pH should be between 6.2-6.8. 5.5 would be way too low.
