Perfect harvest Window?(question of the trichome)

How long is the optimal harvesting window open?Lets say I discover 50% of my trichomes are milky white today for the first time, its 6-7 weeks into flowering(is that about the time the trichomes get milky white?)Iwould then start flushing immediatly w/ a solution. How long would it takes for the trichomes to amber up and my "optimal Harvest" window to close? a couple of days? 1 week? any help would be cool.and if I start flushing right at the 6 week point of flowering even if the trichomes arent ready, will the buds continue to ripen until the trichomes are milky white even though im flushing the system?

Hey mate, i understand you probably mean the optimal time as in peak THC. It can vary from what ive read from a few days to a week. The plant will continue to ripen as its being flushed although im sure it will need more than 6 weeks of chems to keep it going, especially if its a longer strain 9-10 weeks or more for sativas. I generally find my strains so far go from clear to milky around the 8 week mark

Also a quick note, using the flushing solution most companies believe you only need to flush for a few days and then you can continue to give ph'd water to keep them alive and going with whats inside the plant but im sure you will start getting deficiencies pretty quickly.

    Good luck
