We got the recipe for the yellow cake from scratch from recipes.com and found a recipe for pinapple upside down cupcakes there too and just substituted the special oil for normal oil. The recipe calls for 1 cup oil and that is 43 teaspoons or 43 doses per batch and there are 2 doses per cupcake, 24 cupcakes per batch. Just to give you reference a dose to me is for a 250lb man who has a high tolerance. One cupcake made a 2 normal people medicated the next morning.
