    Oregon DOH Sche 1 to Sche 2

    I jsut oregon DOH passed the Law to make Marijuana a Scehedule 2 drug, not 1,so insurance companies now can pay for it if there policy allows it????:thumbsup:

    a state agency can't change the Federal classification.

    They didn't change any "FEDERAL" classification at all...if you read what the legislature did here, you would find out all state's "ADOPTED" the federal classification...which is within states rights to change the classification under the tenth amendment within the states borders...other wise it would be listed as the federal csa in every state, not the state csa in every state..not to mention in every state constitution is the right of every legislature and we the people to "CONTROL" medical treatment and drugs under the states policing powers..

    Yeah tell that to a doctor who just had his prescription license pulled by the DEA.lol The truth is the DEA should have absolutely nothing to do with a state doctors right to prescribe whatever he feels is medically necessary. Try and get congress to understand that.lol
