    Alberta 1 plant

    If I had one plant growing in my aerogarden, I live in alberta. What kind of trouble could I be in?

    ...this is only hypothetical advice, and is NOT meant to be legal harrumphery, buuuuut...

    ..if it was only one plant when they 'hypothetically' kicked yer door in, I can't see that being too much of a problem.

    Hopefully, it's a female plant (or you can find some people with other females to breed with)... Just veg it as long as you can, then flower it, then enjoy a harvest (and re-veg! see Rusty Trichome's excellent thread on re-vegging!)...
