I live in florida and I wish I didnt...
With the laws here its one of the worst states to grow in. If I got busted I would get 15 years mandatory minimum because theres a school within 1500 yards or some shit. Not because I have a crazy amount. Even with the smallest amount you will go to jail because of the mandatory minimum sentence. Florida is also outlawing bongs and smoking devices. The headshops here are also in danger of dissapearing with the new laws.
BOO for florida... I wont lie its beautiful here though!
Growing outdoors in florida is mighty scary if you ask me. Punishment is the worst here.
BE CAREFUL!!
I had some plants out in april and may and they budded up then. Florida growing season is weird... seems like plants and fruit are ALWAYS in bloom here.

Aloha from 500 miles South Of you,
Do you guys in Florida have more than one season a year there? Can you do the feb-oct long season, oct- dec 90 day wonder season, and them another Jan-April short/regrow season there? Or are you limited to just one long season? What happens to a plant put inground in December?
Also if you are looking for exact sun rise / sunset tables I recomend an alminac or a good tide chart. Both will give you the info you are looking for.
Florida is not a weed friendly state. Over here you can have 7 plants legally, And in a year I can turn those holes over 3 times for a total of 21 plants a year.

Wow must be north florida but up here it doesnt seem that anyone cares. If you get caught you have to be like the dumbass i seen driving with a 7 footer in the back of a pick up truck lmfao. :rasta: I agree the punishment here is ridiculous but our local judge only gives community service for under 4 plants lmao. I used to work for a cop at a land scaping service and we used to find weed plants in everyones backyards and he coulda cared less. But dont be dumb and stay safe everyone.
imp:
and yeah florida has some wierd growing seasons almost as if there isnt one stuff just does what it wants here. Hints why i alrdy have bud on my plants.Maybe it has something to do with the ocean breeze.

Something is to be said about the way our season works, last year my grow went from the end of august until the end of December, This year i started in early April and will finish sometime around September/October.
In the sense that it is dangerous to get caught in this state, i couldn't agree more. It's very unwise do do it near or in any of the major cities, there is however a large amount of unchecked rural areas in which to do guerilla grows. Just make sure nobody knows where you lay your seeds and you should be fine
