I am looking at running another set in inlet hose from a vent in the roof down to the bedroom for a intake. The room is about 8 by 8 give or take with an average hight. Does this sound like a good set up? What size vent and intake fans would you reccomend? I sleep in the bedroom next to this room. Do you feel the above idea will take care of my heat? Of course I will have the normal fans blowing around the room

You can figure this stuff out without making us rewrite the tutorials. Seem my signature for some stickies that will help as you work through these issues. To figure out your needs you need to know the size of the room, height, width, length. Whatever size fan you end up needing it will be an 8" duct. It will be adequate for cooling needs so long as you size the fan properly. You are looking to both cool the room and vent the heat. You can run two systems, one to cool and one for air exchange. Is order an issue? I'm guessing yes.

If it were me I would set up two vertical cooltubes. Far more efficient from a growing perspective.
