Does not does matter what the state constitution says. Growing marijuana in Colorado is against federal law and he was doing what he was paid to do. yes, however the dea has been intentionally campaigning over the years about how bad mj is when they know full well that there is nothing wrong with it. all this with one purpose... to keep it illegal so the money giant (the justice system) can keep raking in the doe. i should not be illegal in the place. so in that regard they are asshole drones, following orders does not excuse one from moral obligations.
