I should really move to a medical state, since I have several pre-approved conditions and could be smoking prescription green... but alas, here I am!

Female, 35 year old, 5'10" tall and weigh 220lbs. I've been vegetarian for 17 years, and eat very healthy (few processed foods).

I used to be very active, but had major surgery two months ago. Since then, I've gotten really out of shape and have been smoking 1-2 grams per day, every day. Prior to the surgery I was clean for about 3 months, but have pretty much been smoking non-stop since I was 19.

I have a letter for the percocet and vicodin I was prescribed after surgery, but obviously my concerns are for the green sticky.

I waked and baked this morning, then got a job offer a few hours ago. I raced out and got a Detoxify XXtra Clean 20oz and will be testing at home the day before, and morning of, the urine test. I need to call and schedule it, but the job wants me to start asap. I'm thinking Thur/Friday for the test, which will be about one week without THC.

In the meantime, I will be drinking oolong, chai and detox tea daily, as well as taking creatine monohydrate 700mg 3-4 times per day. I average a gallon of water per day this time of year.

I've read that exercise must be avoided prior to the test. What are others' experiences with this? I just got clearance from my doctor to start exercising again. Over the past month, I've been hiking 2-3 times a week for 30-60mins at a time. Should I increase this over the weekend, then stop all activity Tues/Wednesday?

What about coffee / caffeine? When I drink coffee, it makes my urine very yellow, smelly and nasty. However, I've read that coffee stimulates the production of bile, and can assist in THC metabolism. Should I drink coffee everyday, then not drink it on test day? I'm an occassional coffee drinker (1-2x/week).

Lastly, I'll be getting my period next week, and read on wikipedia that THC metabolites can stay in heaver users' blood for 2 weeks. I'm afraid of contaminating my urine with blood. Should this be an issue?

All advice is most appreciated, I NEED this job!
