Sensible Washington Today State AG Rob McKenna told KUOW-FM that if 1068 passes the legislature can impose civil regulations on marijuana, totally rebutting yesterday's claim by the ACLU of WA that the leg couldn't impose regulations for two years. We appreciate McKenna, who's an authority on initiatives, clearing the air.

McKenna, who is wasting taxpayer money on his frivolous law suit on the Health Care is now set, along with the legislators, to usurp the will of the people post haste if I-1068 gets passed. And he wants to be governor. :wtf:

He's just another neocon waiting to trash, change, or modify the bill if it passes. The type of people we don't need setting policy and/or regulations. we the people should determine those issues because the esteemed elected officials (liars and do nothings on this issue) fail to do so unless the are forced. So be it.

So what did Prissy Chrissy do when she was AG?Nothing and she still is doing nada oh she can spend 10 grand of the tax payers money to get a table refinished.I am just sayin if you want an air tight law for MMJ you hire a lawyer that can write the measure that can't be subverted. In New Mexico a republican Governor backed it go figure.I am an Independent thinker I am neither right nor left you have to also give the State a part of the action.Money is their language that's the bottom line at the end of the day.Plus when a voter votes today they vote with their pocketbooks in mind this is also where within the measure it should scream REVENUE and lots of it.

She's another lying sack of it. And her Husband was touted a being an advocate for veterans, but I haven't seen any big news where the vets returning are getting the help they need. Especially freeing them to use cannabis to alleviate the crap with PTSD. I agree about a law being written in stone, but I don't expect it once the pol get their hands in it.

Your right about the vets did you know a study was released last month and Ft.Lewis and McCord AB were the most violent military bases in the nation.I would think that it would be Bliss or Ft.Hood but no they said it was a one time event at Hood but a almost continuos daily occurance at the Lewis and McCord.

Another reason I vote libertarian. They respect the right of the tax payers to pass there own legislation.

I will weigh my candidates carefully with this election, and I will vote some third parties if they look like they have a shot. If not, I will vote democrat.
