Tested at Labcorp-- Now VERY Nervous

Hey guys.

So yesterday I tested at Labcorp for pre-employment screening. I knew that there was no way I could get the thc out of my system in time, so I decided that subbing with QF or my friend's clean urine would be a better solution to my dilemma.

My Experience
I got a bit nervous after reading mixed reviews about QF, so I decided to use my friend's "donation" instead. She gave me a fresh sample which I then put into two bottles with temperature strips on them. I attached a heating pad to one and for the other bottle I relied on the heat of my lower regions to do the job. Cut off some leggings to hold everything tightly and wore a skirt. Was fine, didn't look suspicious at all as everything was form-fitting and I could sit down naturally.

I measured the temp of everything when in the car before going in. Measured at 98.9 degrees. Perfect, or so I thought...

Labcorp was pretty much as expected from reading other threads. I was lucky that no one was in the waiting room and my name was called a couple of minutes after signing in. The attendant, who looked absolutely bored to death with the routine but was friendly enough, just told me to put my things in a box that was in the bathroom which he then locked up. Then he said here's the cup, lock it up tight. He closed the door, I took it all out...did my business in the toilet while pouring my friend's sample into the cup. But then, I noticed that the temp was a bit lower than I thought...about 96-98. :/

Went right out, he took it and asked me to fill out some information about myself-- SSN, etc. The whole time, I'm waiting for him to check off "between 90-100 degrees" and he doesn't! It was killing me. He just didn't check anything even though the cup's temp strip was green in the middle... he gave me the carbon copies underneath, and told me that my results would be ready in 24-48 hrs.

Why I'm nervous and all...
- Obviously because he didn't check the correct temp choice. Do you think if he suspected that it wasn't fresh urine that he would have let me know at the time or do they love being cruel and letting you wait it out?
- I have two job offers hanging -- one that I had to test for and then one I didn't. I turned down the job that had no test for one with more pay...but if I fail this test for any reason then I have gone from two offers to ZERO.

Advice, relief from my worries, "girl, you should be scared," all welcome.

Like you said, they seem pretty bored with the same routine. And since the strip was green in the middle, I doubt they will be splitting hairs.. You could just have taken your time and the AC was on in the bathroom. There are alot of factors, I think what you are doing is being overly paranoid because you know you rigged the test haha, honestly I wouldn't sweat it.

So ... I'm a smoker for many years and also make budder, eating baked goods and have an offer job but they want me to take a pre-employment test ( I have never accepted the practice until now I really need the job :wtf: )

I'm pretty fat ( 6,1 290 ) , but I walk 2-3 miles a day and try to eat right

I did nothing special to change my metabolism during this time, only in the last 2 weeks had more red meat than normal ( only 2-3X a month do I eat cows )

I consume moderate to heavy amount depending on the day of the week, ( dont smoke before or during work only in the eve and on weekends I wake and bake ) I prefer joints but do use bubblers, bongs and pipes.:bigsmoke:

So I quit 6 weeks ago for a new job, bought two FirstCheck kits ( 8 and 4 panel )

I tested at 4 weeks w/8 panel mid day after normal food and liquid ( coffee, water and ice tea later no flooding my system) and passed with all strong lines except for THC that was moderately faint but good

I tested the next day first morning pee w/4 panel and all were strong lines except for THC that was more faint than the first test but still there

So now at 6 weeks I was contacted to take my test in he next 2 hours, no time to pump water and vitamins but I did the best I could and drank 20oz's of lemon water on the way ( this time was around 3:30pm )

So now more than 24hrs later I'm sitting here waiting to hear ... I quit my other job and freaking out, I *should* be ok but hey ...

If it comes back positive I'll protest and ask to retest but naturally if the 50 ng/ml hits then they will confirm at 15 ng/ml with CG/MS

ARCpoint follows a protocol and uses a handheld temp checker ... empty your pockets and generaly checks to see if your carrying anything but no crotch check an no one watching over you ( yes you close the bathroom door! so the whizzinator would likely work. )

Once I get the result back ( I got the job or not ) I'll re-post totaly baked! :jointsmile:
