need help on what i should get

Im going to start growing for my dad here soon who is a medical pateint in oregon and am wanting to grow indoors and was thinking about buying a darkroom 240w sizes being 7'10 wide, 3'11 deep, 6'7 tall with a Fluorescent Tek Light 4Ft x 6 Lamps T5 Fixture for 6 plants and was wondering if that sounds good at all or i should buy something else this is kinda my first time.

of course I'm leaving out all the other things i need but i got those all on the list as well.
