If only it were that easy. Unfortunately we back one side to the hilt with billions a year in weapons and economic support, as well as political cover at the international level. All their shit comes back to our front door. It will be that way until we start implementing a bit more even handedness. It is a significant problem in American foreign policy. It undermines our credibility on whole range of regional issues.
