    Access to clones

So If we are able to sell paitent to paitent what form do i need to fill out? When i read the cargiver application it states that a caregiver cannot produce but can "help"? I have no problem growing and helping a fellow paitent out but where do i start?

To respond about the clones. I dont even bother worring about them i am just gonna buy the seeds of the strain i want. I was told ( by one of the producers) that the clones do come out of the plant count so that is why they are not available.
    Thats my 2cents

I'm reading that Clones are indeed included in the producer count. This will make it hard to get clone stock from these folks.

what surprised me the most is that fact that it is plainly stated here:

    http://www.health.state.nm.us/idb/me...t%206-1-10.pdf

and specifically right here: (in red)

Patients are allowed to possess and use medical cannabis with the following restrictions It is still illegal to:
 Operate a vehicle while under the influence of cannabis.
 Possess or use cannabis in a school bus or public vehicle, on school grounds or property, in the workplace of the patient or primary caregiver, or at a public park, recreation center, youth center or other public place.
Sell, distribute, dispense or transfer cannabis to a person not registered by the NM-DOH.
 Obtain or transport cannabis outside New Mexico
 Possess cannabis on federal property (national parks, federal courthouse, immigration checkpoints, etc).
 Possess more than the maximum six (6) ounces of usable cannabis, unless they have been licensed to do so.
     Licensed Non-Profit Producers

that patients may sell and dispense medicine BETWEEN THEMSELVES. i see no restriction on genetics. Did i miss it?

Colorado''s law (pre 1284) also allowed sales and to "dispense" between licensed patients. This was the backdoor clause that allowed the dispensaries to open here last year.

did you folks know you could sell to each other..patient-to-patient?

WHY are people sitting around waiting on thise "producers" rather than networking around them? I don't understand the hold up! Grab a caregivership and go!

i got these from a fellow patient. Our dispensaries sell clones but they usually have mites and PM and aren't THE strains anyone wants most of the time. To get good genetics you have to have friends! Waiting on these "producers' to produce clones when it is $$$ out of their pockets to do so just isn't gonna happen for ya. Even if they did do a clone run they would go out so fast only a few folks would luck out and get any...much like the medicine they produce!

don't sit and wait for the World on a plate....

Those are some good looking clones. I need to get one of those humidity domes also.

    Access to clones

DOH has approved SWOP to distribute clones
    ...
    Medical Cannabis
    Clones For Sale!
in just a few short weeks

Southwest Organic Producers has been granted approval
by the New Mexico Department of Health to sell medical
cannabis clones to qualified patients enrolled with SWOP.

The demand for high quality medical cannabis clones is high. Right
up there with the demand for high quality medical cannabis. Since
the very beginning SWOP has worked hard develop a successful
clone program. Until now it has been beyond our ability to produce
and distribute a consistent supply of clones.

As part of the SWOP 2.0 initiative we have reduced the number of
production plants so that we can increase the production of robust,
vibrant medical cannabis Clones. Theses are strains directly from our
inventory, the same strains we offer as medication.

To purchase clones from SWOP you
    must meet the following requirements:
    __________________________________________________ ___

    1. Your purchase of clones is limited to a maximum of 4 clones per
patient. Purchases will be accounted for in the same manner as
cannabis sales, including DOH quarterly reporting.

    2. Once a qualified patient purchases clones there will be a
mandatory waiting period of 4 months before more clones
    may be purchased.

    3. You must be in good standing with the DOH, have a
valid personal grow license, on file at SWOP prior to
purchase, as well as agreeing you will
not exceed DOH plant count maximums.

    __________________________________________________ ____

Please see your SWOP newsletter for details.

G13xHaze is the first strain out of the box.
Clones are generated in our new SWOP Clone Bank .
Similar to the industry standard, EZ Clone machines, it is a soilless system
engineered to maximize the root production of cuttings.

The bottom line is we are able to consistently produce a
steady supply of beautifully robust clones with big, healthy beards
    and root systems.

Sign up for your clones and let's grow New Mexico!

The humidity dome helps a lot here in the arid West. Keep the temps 75-80 and watch the moisture in the rooters and it usually takes about 10 days or so to see roots.

I pop a few seeds here and there, but mostly I run known clones that I can sample the meds first to see if they are favorable for my needs and are tasty enough to smoke all the time. ;-) With seeds you never know what you will get, both on effect and on plant height/etc. and if you don't grow out quite a few you aren't going to find a "keeper" in most instances. Some of the seed gardens I've done had so much variation it was tough to get the light situated so that everyone was lit properly.

I love the clones! Ladies, ladies, ladies!

    Ordered a humidity dome,a bottom tray,some inserts,and a jar of cloning gel.
Slowly but surely,I an gearing up......

You ought to try those rapid rooters Cool! They are smaller so you have to get the little "six pack" containers for them. Roots within ten days almost every time. You just cant beat them.
