Mexican sativa needs help!!!!!!!!

I have a 3-4 week Mexican sativa everything looks good besides the lower leafs which is turning yellow with some brown spots i've watered it like everyday 5 sprays in the morning 5 sprays in the evening thought I was over watering it so I switch to watering it everyother day please anyone help I'm a Rookie and needs a veteran to teach me here's a picture IMG_0396.JPG oh and when I'm suppose to transport the plant to a bigger pot and what soil to use and any other materials I would hope I can get from walmart or any of those other stores cause I'm cheap lol thanks

You should be able to do it on an iPhone, but it's still not showing up.

Are you scrolling down to the bottom of this page where the "additional options" are? If not, then you need to do that and click on "manage attachments" and upload from there.
