It takes half an hour. Once you've got the paperwork from the doctor, you can buy and grow. The state will take a few months to get your paperwork back to you, but you're still legal in the mean time.



Not really. There are a few bills sloshing around in committee, but nothing will be passed.

Thanks for the heads-up on the doctor visit thing. I was unaware of that, and that is fantastic news.

-I am assuming that a Colorado State driver's license is all you need to prove residency for application purposes?

- Also, did the two year residency thing stick in the bill?

I am packing my business up and leaving my current state and coming there to become a patient and hopefully a dual-business owner shortly, within the confines of the current laws (of course).
