Harborside Customer Service and Product Support

I bought some ladies at Harborside and 3 weeks later most of them have little to no growth except for one that is awesome. Last year after three weeks from plants from that vendor they were thriving and I hardly knew what I was doing.
So I call and leave a message with Steve and also follow up with email to the info email address and I haven't heard back in 4 days.
I think they should stand behind their product like any nursery does. I'm going to make a road trip to talk to someone in person.
We'll see if they are a good vendor or not.


Has anyone else got bad clones from them this year?

I started to print these but the color printer paper jammed on me one last time so I gave it the hammer hand.
It's in the recycle bin.

I got the equivlent of three starters (2 and full reward card), not five like I asked but it was close enough considering they have a strict all sales are final policy
The meds and Jack Herer full melt are very good.
This is probably as good as it gets for customer service in the industry. It did help that I was a repeat customer and had met Goose at Oaksterdam.
