It depends on which county you live in. If you are in King, you won't have much trouble. We do only have an affirmative defense that prosecutors use legal gymnastics to subvert the will of the people and convict you. All because the law was never clearly defined and giving immunity to patients rather then just an affirmative defense. Face it the law is unjust allowing criminal charges to be brought and then your doc in the box says you didn't renew when no renewal is need by the law, and you are invalidated or unauthorized. Some greedy people writing authorizations and failing to back them up unless you pay them yearly. :wtf:
