I wouldnt even begin to think about nutrients with based on the size of your plant. They look similar to how my sprouts started out. Granted you are providing enough light, I would guess a pH problem as I dont think the false leaves should be yellowing this soon. What is the pH? Also, Im pretty sure it makes more sense to keep your questions to a single thread because as Ive learned, when you learn to correct one problem, another one arises.
