Every so often I will start getting very panicky after smoking, to the point where I can't enjoy the high. When this happens I immediately take a few days off smoking to just let everything in my body settle and let some of the built-up THC flush out. After that I'm usually back to normal!

Another solution is to only take a couple hits! A lot of people get some sense of dominance out of smoking a ridiculous amount of bud. When I do, I get paranoid and I feel wasteful. If you've got quality bud, all you need is a couple hits to get nice and medicated. :jointsmile:
