Difference between state issued and evaluation clinic issued card
big reasons for having the state issued card is to protect the user of mm from arrest for possessing, growing, using mm. It can provide the holder of a state issued card with a defense in the courts. At least that is how i understand it.
you should look up the 420 and 215 text and read those puppies.isaacmstone Reviewed by isaacmstone on . Difference between state issued and evaluation clinic issued card Hi, Newbie here. I'm considering getting a card for medical marijuana for pain related to a urological condition and would like to better understand the difference between cards issued by private evaluation clinics and state issued cards. Is one preferable to the other? Are all cards accepted by all dispensaries? Are clinic-issued cards accepted if I'm stopped by the police? I live in the SF bay area (San Mateo County) Thanks Rating: 5
