first time grower needs advise

about to start my first setup and was wondering what you think of this setup

eBay.ie: hydroponics system complete grow kit with light tent (item 260612693126 end time 01-Jul-10 12:31:27 BST)

anybody ever used this, is it any good
want to use in bedroom whats it like for noise and heat
can i grow from seed to harvest in this without the need for any other equipment

any advise greatly appreciated
