I just can put my finger on what's wrong..ph, humidity, burn? plz help

Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. (250MH/HPS switchable ballasts sunburst light sysytem)
.2) Distance from tops? 3inches- i do the hand test.
.3) Reflector type? (enclosed reflector â?? I think)
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? When lights on yes, when off, no.
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? Exhaust- yes when lights on, no when off. Circulation 24/7. One tower fan, one small desk fan)
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? 250 watts.

Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil- fox farms
.8) Size of container. 4 gal
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings?

Your nutrients and water:
10) Source of water? (tap) What's it's ph before adjusting? 6.5-7
11) Method of checking water ph. (got at hydroponics store. Liquid kit, add drops to water watch on chart)
12) Method of adjusting water ph. (PH Up/down)
13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. Flower nutes- Metanatural 100% organic. 1-5-5. Feed ¼ tsp per .75ltr. usually every other feeding.
14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?
15) Any additives or tea's? (molasses ½ tsp per .75ltr every other feeding)
16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? 6.5-6.8
17) What is your ingoing water's ph? 6.7ish...your runoff ph? same
18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? Use to mist when in veg, just reg ph treated water.

Your growroom:
19) Indoors or outdoors? Indoor.
20) What size of closet, room or hut? Closet- 4x3x9
21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? 82-88 temp 34-40% humidity ...With lights off? Hard to tell bc I keep closet door closed but when I open door about about 81-88 temp, 48-51% humidity. I know the humidity is a lil high for flower so I recently put in small dehumidifier. Also I know the temp n humid have a bit of a wide rangeâ?¦but thatâ??s summer time in New York City.
22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? none

Your strain:
23) What strain are you growing? (brought them back from Jamaica, like I said before Iâ??ve grown them before, in fact these seeds are a 2nd generation from the ones I brought back.)
24) From seeds or clones? Sees
25) Is this an autoflower strain? I seriously doubt it

I started flowering on may 10th. for veg plants were in those biodegratable pots. when they were sexed i moved females into 3-4 gal pots. about 10days after flowering. i think i have about a month left to go. i know this is a slow grow type. i water around 2x a week. once w nutes once w molasses. there was some stretch when i first flipped to 12/12 but that seems to have slowed.
I have two major concerns- 1) the clawing on the top leaves, claw, twisting n thinning.
2) the lack of trikes on the smaller fan leaves. When i open the closet door after the rest period there seems to be less trikes then when i closed it that morning. then after light has been on and door open for a bit...they seem to reappear. is that normal?

Also as this is my first post, im sure i broke some etiquette, sorry for that. Thanks for the help.
