I just went down to the sub station and refiled for my CWP yesterday. Had completely forgotten about it.
We need to get a definitive settlement of the 10th amendment of the constitution once and for all. It could end real bad for federal government. If scotus found in favor of states 10th amendment rights it would require a massive overhaul of federal government.

The reason leo thinks federal trumps state is because this is what the DEA teaches the drug task forces.....get rid of the nets and that mentality goes with it. i.e. da bryne grants.
