Law enforcement wants to keep going back to federal law trumps state law. It does not. Its just law enforcements inability to admit to the fact that MMJ patients are of no threat to them or the general public. They just can't seem to get pass that simple fact.
I just went down to the sub station and refiled for my CWP yesterday. Had completely forgotten about it.
We need to get a definitive settlement of the 10th amendment of the constitution once and for all. It could end real bad for federal government. If scotus found in favor of states 10th amendment rights it would require a massive overhaul of federal government.
