The important thing to note IMO is that it's Obama that is most responsible for the growth of MMJ in Colorado by telling the feds/DEA to leave the states alone. McInnis even said so.

But it's 50/50 if Obama will be reelected. If I were one of you dispensary owners, this would be a major issue for me. In 2 years, everything could go back to the way it was with the DEA busting everyone they can, and any state law won't matter.

I wonder if the DEA would stoop to building cases now, then wait to prosecute in the hopes of a change of presidents?
