You're dreaming if you think any politician is going to overturn 1284. The only way 1284 will be overturned is by a judge and even then it will only be parts of it that are unconstitutional. 1284 would have never happened if it were not for dispensaries throwing it in the publics face and then hiring lobbyists to get it passed regardless if there are a few good ones.
