i wish the best of luck cuase it seems you really into growing your own,and i salute that,best advice i can give ya,dont try force them grow too fast.

if no top white ceiling , then use cover to get more light reflection rays to help plant keep grew healthy and if u use w 400 mh is good help plants become strong and great veg-stage before change to be hps w 400 for flowering then u will be wild happy )))
